INFORMATION DEFERRAL OF RBF TENERIFE 2022 to 2023

Dear user,

 

The process of refund or exchange of RBF Tenerife 2022 tickets has been completed, we have received your request correctly.

 

If you requested the refund within 15 working days you will receive the amount in the bank account associated with the card with which you made the purchase.

 

If you have kept your ticket you will receive a form to decide if you want the new tickets for RBF2023 for Tenerife or for another city of the tour, within 15 working days you will receive the new tickets in the same email with which you made the purchase.

 

If you did not do anything within 15 working days you will receive your new tickets for RBF Tenerife 2023.

 

 

 

OPTIONS YOU HAVE ON YOUR RBF TENERIFE 2022 TICKETS:

  

 

Keep for RBF Tenerife 2023 in La Laguna: With this option your ticket will become a season ticket (of the same category you bought) for the 2 days of the festival, without any additional cost. in addition this option also includes free name change that you can request up to 60 days before the celebration of the event.

 

 Convert your ticket into a Flexible Pass for the RBF2023 tour: with this option your ticket will become a RBF2023 pass (of the same category you bought) for the 2 days and you will have until Dec 31, 2022 to choose the city of the tour you want to attend, without any additional cost.

 

 Cancel your RBF Tenerife 2022 ticket: With this option you will not be able to benefit from any of the upgrades and you will lose your access to the 2023 event, but you will be able to recover the full amount of the cost of your ticket.

 

 

REMEMBER:

 

The refund or ticket exchange process will last from August 15 to September 15, 2022, you will have all this time to decide which option you want to choose about your tickets.

Once this period is over, all requests will be processed, new tickets will be sent and the requested refunds will be made. The refunded tickets will be avalaible to be bough again.

If you request a refund the amount will be deposited in the bank account associated with the card used to make the purchase.

Some banks may take up to 30 days to reflect the amount in your bank account.

If you made the purchase with a card that has already cancelled or expired, your bank will usually credit the refund amount to the account to which the card was associated. If you have any questions, please contact your bank. 

If you made the purchase with a rechargeable credit card not associated to any bank account, please contact the provider of that card to find out where you will receive the refund amount. 

If you made the purchase with a credit card, sometimes the amount is not reflected on the account/card because the bank deducts it from the payment of the amount owed on the credit that month. 

If you have cancelled the bank account from which you made the payment, you will have to wait for the whole refund process to finish, and once your bank informs us that it has not been possible to make the deposit in that bank account, our technical team will contact you via email to let us know where you want to receive the amount. Some banks, even if you have unsubscribed an account may retain this amount intended for that account in an account of the entity until its owner claims it. 

 

 

 

 

UPDATE OF THE TICKET REFUND PROCESS (15/09/2022)

 

 

THE RBF TENERIFE 2022 TICKETS REFUND PROCESS HAS FINISHED.

 

 

REMEMBER:

 

Once this period of 30 days is over, all users who have not requested anything, it will be understood that you want to keep your tickets for the edition of RBF Tenerife 2023, and we will proceed to send you the new tickets to the email address with which you made the old purchase.

The money will be deposited in the bank account associated to the purchase during the next 15 working days from the closing date for refunds (September 15th, 2022).

Some banks may take up to 30 days to reflect the amount in your bank account.

If you made the purchase with a cancelled or expired card, your bank will usually credit the refund amount to the account to which the card was associated, please contact your bank if you have any questions. 

If you made the purchase with a rechargeable credit card not associated to any bank account, please contact the provider of that card to find out where you will receive the refund amount.

AS THE LAW INDICATES THE BUYER IS THE ONLY PERSON WHO CAN MANAGE THE TICKETS, ALL THE INFORMATION OR MODIFICATION OF A TICKET WILL ARRIVE TO THE EMAIL OF THE BUYER.

 

 

 

ATTENTION: Do not contact us to inform us that you have cancelled a bank account. This is a computer system approved to prevent fraud, until the bank does not communicate to the ticket office the cancellation of the bank account the technical team of the ticket office can not process a new shipment.

 

CASHLESS

 

All users who recharged cashless online will receive the full amount of the automatic refund on the card associated to the recharge in the next 14 working days.

 

All the users who recharged in person at the prevalidations, you have to request your manual refund and indicate the account number where you will receive the refund.

 

The application period for the cashless will last 30 days (from August 16th at 12:00 am to September 16th at 12:00 am). Once the application period is over, you will receive the full refund in your bank account within the following 15 working days.

 

IMPORTANT:

 

You should only perform this process if you made a top up during the prevalidations 

 

If your top up was online you will NOT have to do it since the money will be automatically refunded to the same account you recharged with.

 

Bonuses and gifts are non-refundable.
